It runs community arts events, handles member subscriptions, and oversees the Bouddi Foundation for the Arts (BFA).
  • The Bouddi Foundation for the Arts (BFA) is an ATO-approved DGR registered gift fund dedicated to supporting young talent in the creative arts connected with the Central Coast. • Compliance & Reporting: Ensure accounting records remain compliant for periodic review by the ATO and ACNC. Oversee calendar-year audit reviews (February) and annual ACNC filings (due June 30).
  • Systems Improvement: Lead the effort to modernize and connect IT systems to streamline operations and ease the administrative burden on volunteers.
  • Grants & Events: Actively participate in the annual grant application, adjudication, and determination process for BFA, and assist with financial logistics (floats, raffles) for 4–5 annual Bouddi Society events (generally at Wagstaffe Hall).
  • Governance: Serve as a core member of the management committees and the BFA Investment Sub-Committee and present regular financial statements to both management committees.

Who We Are Looking For
  • Qualifications: Background in accounting, finance.
  • Technical & Strategic Focus: Experience or strong interest in improving IT connectivity/systems integration across non-profit operations.
  • Community Focus: Based on or connected to the Central Coast, NSW (preferred, to attend local meetings and community events).
