BOUDDI ART SHOW 2024 ENTRY FORM
Every work entered in the show must have a unique code.
This code starts with your prefix code. To find your code Click Here
- for artwork, your prefix is followed by '1', '2', etc (eg Joe Blogs would have prefix ‘JB’ and his codes would be JB1, JB2, etc.)
- for cards, your prefix is followed by ‘C’ (eg. ‘JBC’). If cards have different price groups then each group will have its own code (eg. ‘JBC1’, ‘JBC2’,etc). Note: each card in a price group will have the same group code (eg. 10 cards in price group $6.00 would all have the code ‘JBC1’).
- for other merchandise such as tea towels, the same rules apply as for cards with an ‘M’ instead of a ‘C’.
- for cards & merchandise the 'TITLE' field should have 'Card', 'Tea Towel', etc
The form allows for 10 entries. If you have more that 10 please complete an extra form.
You will receive a confirmation email with details of your entry/s within 2 days. You may also like to take a screen shot of this page before submitting
